Rochelle established Twin Cities Snoo Rentals in 2022. After two kids of her own, she recognized the benefits of using a Snoo (hello sleep!), after being gifted one for their second child. Rochelle wanted others to be able to enjoy the benefits of a Snoo but wanted to share what she was gifted. All rental income was sent to sponsor children through a non profit organization. But more and more parents, desperate to try to get more sleep, kept contacting her. She decided to put some money she saved into buying more Snoos to try to help other parents out. Twin City Snoo Rentals grew out of a need, and rather unexpectadly, ended up here! In 2025, Rochelle passed on the business to her friend, Carissa, who is just as passionate about families (and good sleep!). Carissa now resides in Green Bay, WI, where she is looking to expand the business and support more families on their journey through newborn life and sweet sleep! She maintains the Snoo rental business in the Twin Cities with the help of friends.

Having 3 young kids of her own and a natural knack for delicate technical work, wiring, and new talents, Katie was an answer to Rochelle's prayer when a Snoo needed repair. A stay at home mom for 7 years, Katie quickly learned and became adept at a variety of issues with the Snoo and found a lot of parents needed help with their Snoos from years of fixing her own gadgets at home! Her passion for fixing things and keeping as much as she can out of the landfill made her a perfect business partner. Katie's quick and efficient work is guaranteed. Katie offers cleaning and repair service in the Twin Cities.
